Our mission is to prioritize lifelong sanctuary for the animals who need us most by providing a safe haven for dreaming, being, and healing. By fostering deep roots and connections between our residents and the community, we create a restorative environment where visitors are empowered to build healing relationships, explore internal and external landscapes, and find internal peace and acceptance.

SANCTUARY
Our farm is founded upon the principles of animal rescue, providing a safe haven, a refuge, a sanctuary for all who reside at Misty Acres. We prioritize inclusivity and providing a safe space for all who visit to be a part of our Therapeutic Horsemanship Program, or any one of our Therapeutic Horsemanship Experiences at Misty Acres.

OUR FARM
Misty Acres was founded on the principles of animal rescue. Inspired by Sundae's rescue story from the racetrack, through an abuse and starvation history, this farm promises a safe haven for all who live here. Whether it's for a short time or for their retirement, the equines who move to Misty Acres Farm & Sanctuary have found their safe haven.
